The Challenge

The Application Checkout Process at the client depended heavily on manual testing of numerous applications for approval and validation. Significant person-hours were required to complete the process, and the tedious nature of the tasks opened the door for errors and bogged down critical HR and technology teams.

The Goal:

Without an automated process, the constant need for testing and the subjective nature of the applications slowed notifications to partners and stakeholders.

Management needed to develop an automated means of streamlining the inconsistent and laborious approach to analyzing and approving these applications. Key to this project was reducing human labor and cutting a crucial lag in production value.

Our Solution

Solugenix recognized that the customer required a merchant who could deal with their Application Process quickly and efficiently.

By implementing custom Robotic Process Automation (RPA) bots to take over these tasks, Solugenix was able to play out the repetitive exercises at a quicker rate with more precision and quality yield and instant updates to stakeholders.

The Results

This solution cut the number of work hours required for the process by 75%, saving the company 200 hours of labor on average per month.

Other key benefits include:

  • An RPA bot was seamlessly integrated into the existing systems, reducing the need for manual labor for menial tasks
  • The bot creates a report to inform stakeholders of all activities
  • Much greater auditable and efficient control of the Application Checkout process
  • A significant drop in work hours required to complete tasks: 2,400 hours per year
